10 WAYS TO STAY HEALTHY

1. Get a good night's sleep, and if you feel anything coming on, be sure to get extra rest/sleep, whenever you can.

2. If you didn't get a good night's sleep, find time to take a catnap the following day, be it 10 or 20 minutes.

3. Keep your spirits up, look on the bright side, be positive in thought, word, and deed.

4. Move. Exercise daily in anyway you can, be it stairs at work, a walk on your lunch hour, outdoor activities with the kids, a gym, etc.

5. Eat 'clean'. Stay with foods that are provided straight from Mother Earth: fresh fruits, vegetables, nuts, seeds, and whole grains. Be sure sources of fish, seafood, poultry, and ground animals are from reliable sources.

6. Drink plenty of clean water. A general guide is to drink half of your body weight, in ounces, each day. Drink more than this if you are exercising intensely.

7. Breathe deep. Take long, slow, deep breathes. Oxygenate your system. Preferably, do this outdoors in fresh air.

8. Shower/bathe daily. Use a dry brush to exfoliate before cleansing. Keep chemical type hair products and lotions to a minimum.

9. De-Clutter your 'space', be it at work, at home, or even your vehicle. If it hasn't been used in over a year decide if it's worth keeping, or giving to someone else, selling it, etc. 

10. De-Stress. Take some time each day to be quiet, sit still, and clear your mind.

You may find there are times it's helpful to take a few supplements. Consult a person knowledgable in this area before you make any purchases.
